News

July 3, 2005

A message from the editor:
As you may or may not have noticed TheBehemoth.net has not been updated in some time. Times for me have gotten a little crazy and hectic. I have recently joined in band out of Los Angeles called Space MTN. I am very excited for this opportunity. We will be on tour this July on the East and West coasts.

Through my endeavors I hope to continue to bring news and articles about the indie scene in Modesto. I love this town and have enjoyed the pass few months the scene has offered us. The Off the Air shows have been awesome. The amount of talented people that have graced that stage is astounding. It has been great to meet new people in our community who are stoked and enthusiastic about our home and its culture.

With the help of my friends I will continue to bring updates on shows and things that matter. Thank you to everyone for their support as I worked to get this site off the ground. Together we make great things happen. Support the scene! Speaking of the scene, there is going to be an amazing assimilation of bands this year at the X-Fest. Including Grandaddy, Climber, Apollotrigger, Duncan Booth, Space MTN, Erlimart, just to name a few. Get all the dope here.

You can always email me with thoughts, ideas, news, or hellos at info@thebehemoth.net.
